Friday 2/14 I had Carrier go down with a spontaneous issue. I was already loaded with chicken and heading west when she decided to take an early weekend. Called in and talked to Bryce. He said come on and we will take a look at it. As soon as I rolled into the lot he, himself jumped on the repair and began diagnosing. From time on yard to time out the door was under 2.5 hours. Bryce was great! We had to come in because another carrier service location had messed up our unit and Bryce and his team resolved the issue and relooked over the unit to confirm no other service issues needed to be taken care of.

These guys are great!!!! I can’t emphasize enough how they have all gone above and beyond! It really helped me out and meant so much on these 100 degree days. I needed this generator to work and they made it happen. Not once but twice Brice took such good care of me…spur of the moment he got it up and running. If you are looking for honest, informed old school shop this is your place!
