Ate up retainer and withdrew. They didn't even petition for discovery from other party. I cannot pay because someone perjured themselves to try and steal money. It's one reason you get a lawyer. They explained almost nothing to me and what was discussed appeared to be out of annoyance. I received an "explanation" as the lawyer left the firm which made absolutely no sense. I cannot express enough how professional this law firm is. They truly care, respond quickly to any and all inquiries and show a level of experience that can be difficult to find. I appreciate everything and would recommend them hands down!
Had a formal appointment over the phone to talk about my parents case with Hailey M. McGillivray. She said she would send me the contract/agreement about her rates and fees so we could start the process. She never sent them. I called 3 days in row to follow up regarding the contract and the assistances kept on saying she left her a message to get back to me. If you’re too busy to get to the case or don’t want to do business just say that. It was unprofessional.
Absolutely recommend Attorney Lisa Giese. She handled extremely difficult contentious OP matters related to a 3 year enflamed disaster of a divorce and accomplished getting me protections - now from 3 parties on the other side. Lisa Giese is a very knowledgeable, well informed, intelligent, and efficient attorney. She crafted a solution to accomplish my goals in short order after assessing the situation.
