Not one to make a negative review. Had a negative experience while trying to receive information with a woman on the phone. I had given her context about my background and my information. She followed up by saying no one was asking for your long story and when I tried to elaborate saying I’m not sure of the services I need, she kept being dismissive. Overall 0/10 experience. Call after she’s off shift at 10AM. Also MCSA, if you’re hiring and looking for a nicer employee hit me up
Very nice employees or very rude employees, depends on the day. Rooms clearly haven't been cleaned properly in years, stains and dead cockroachs on the wall. They tried to kick me out with all my belongings still in the building. Thankful for the shelter but not the condition of the rooms and definitely not thankful for the rude male staff
I’m grateful for the help, but my sleep is interrupted so often that I’m beginning to see shadows in the corner of my eye. I tried to ask someone for the available, cleaned and empty room so I could try for some better sleep and was denied, for unclear reasons. I think the phrasing was, “I don’t do that.” I’m in neurological distress, and it’s affecting my ability to do my college coursework.
