When I walked in I was welcomed at the door. As we started to fill out my Income Tax Return, they explained every step of the process. They also made sure I double checked that all my information was correct. Lastly everything was efficient and organized. I'd recommend to get your taxes done here! Will most definitely come back. If I could give this company a 0 star I would, this company is extremely unprofessional. All they care about is money, they don’t care about customer experience. EMA MESSED UP MY TAX RETURN, I can’t get through to IRS because the information she entered was incorrect and she isn’t being responsive when i contact her OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. She’s super UNPROFESSIONAL AND not knowledgeable AT ALL!! DONT GO HERE! SAVE UR SELF SOME TIME/MONEY AND STRESS!
