I just wanted to say how great McPhillips Hearing & Audiology Centre is ! Rebeca, the medical assistant is nice and friendly. Christine, the audiologist, was so helpful, personable and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to see our dad in his home to make sure his new set of hearing aids will fit and work properly. Christine together with her secretary, Rebecca truly helped our dad to regain once again his confidence to be able to hear clearly at 102 years old ! Christine is excellent! Remarkably thorough, clear and concise in speaking to the hearing impaired, ensuring all is understood. She strives to provide the best result, as possible. She is kind and caring and understands ! Location is great, handy, accessible parking! Her assistant Rebecca Is delightful! She too understands!
Excellent service! The doctor and staff were very kind and made me feel like they genuinely wanted to help me. I Would highly recommend this establishment to any that are in need of an experienced audiologist.
Very helpful and professional experience Christine was helpful, courteous and quick in determining my hearing issues. Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in hearing test.
