Awful. I used this business for my tax return 2 years in a row. Both times I received someone else's tax return stapled to mine, with all their personal information on it. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I used them one more year. When I brought it to their attention, they treated extremely poorly. They also forgot to file one of my state returns on top of it. I have never been so disgusted with a business. I usually don't write reviews but in this case.... absolutely necessary.
