I’ve had an eye exam scheduled for almost a month because Dr.Orozco told me I didn’t have to get one yearly because my vision had not changed. I went to get glasses for work and my prescription expired so they wouldn’t sell me glasses. I get a reminder for my appointment that was for tomorrow, October 28 10 times in the past few weeks. No communication when contacts are on back order. When contact specialist is out on vacation, no one else can help you and they tell you have to wait for them to return. Or if someone’s on lunch there is no back up to assist. I had to follow up and be on top of the office staff to find out what was happening and get details and ETA on expected arrival. Furthermore, no consideration when expressing customer frustration about all of that, you get a “like I said” - they’re on lunch or they’re on vacation. Poor management and po... read more
Was there 1½ hours just waiting and waiting all for Dr. Cohen to walk in, shine a light and say like 10 words then you're done
THE WORSE Appt CALL Center. I.ve seen other eye drs, and by far, this a goat-rope ! Dr Cohen upon entering the room starting talking g in a high and loud voice at me. I shut him down. And, he didn't even check my prism. He said the one you I have now is good. He.s a joke . I would NOT see a dr here, NOR purchase eyeglasses from the office located inside their offices.
