M+CO is great with staging but very poor experience trying to buy furniture from them. After sales is terrible, you cannot get through to anyone. I placed an order early april with a 20 week lead time. There was no communication on delays. Finally I get an email stating there is a delay and now the furniture is coming in November. Its absurd and I needed this furniture for a family function.
Based off my experience with them, in my opinion they are shady and unprofessional. They caused a lot of family stress and issues due to their incompetence. Wouldn’t recommend using their services of either M and co living or m and co property. You can see what I am referring to by the reviews on both.
awful experience - long waits and when the products arrived - very cheap quality. So disappointed with service and quality - what we bought off them has already broken 5 months later
M & Co were instrumental in getting my property ready for sale from renovations to styling, a one stop shop. The service was excellent they are professional in the execution. Very happy customer 😀
We received the best customer service at the Melbourne Showroom! Thank you so much, we love our new sofa!
