If I could give it a minus review I would. My account is paid in full and has been for 28 days but they refuse to provide me a satisfaction letter. The horrible human that I was speaking with Christy would not let me get a word in, kept talking over me and was the worst excuse for a human that ever breathed.
I've just been trying to get a hold of them to settle a debt and set up a payment plan and they're deciding to cut off all communication and take me to court and waste their money instead. Horrible business and Highly unethical people, how they even still have their licenses I have no clue. I've been calling them everyday for a week yet to get a call back and I keep getting transferred to the same voicemail and leave a message that never gets returned. I just want to talk to a person and get it settled.
This place is absolutely atrocious! The people who work here are so rude! They want their paper work but have an attitude when you ask where you can send it to. Even more of an attitude when you ask if they received it. I hope I never have to deal with them again. If they had a half star they would get that from me!
Started our great. I put in my notice today.
