Crooks. I HIGHLY suggest everyone on these reviews submit complaints with the bar association.
If I could give it a minus review I would. My account is paid in full and has been for 28 days but they refuse to provide me a satisfaction letter. The horrible human that I was speaking with Christy would not let me get a word in, kept talking over me and was the worst excuse for a human that ever breathed.
