I tried to call and pay my debt in full for months and couldn’t get thru to anyone. Took so long I forgot. Went to court Setup a payment plan. It’s been 4 days and it still hasn’t taken the money out? It’s due today so I’m excited to see if it goes thru or not. Hoping it doesn’t and they try and say I didn’t pay just to go after them for screwing me over from the start. Stay far away from this fraudulent company.
I have never experienced such horrible service. While unable to help me in my one of a kind situation, they were rude, snobby and hung up on me. I am 24 years old still trying to understand everything so that I can help myself be successful. I still have no idea how to proceed…
Terrible people
Absolute disgrace of a company. You try to willingly pay them and you can't get a simple letter. Id give it zero stars or less if possible. These people are a joke.
This place is an absolute joke of an establishment. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND REPORTING THESE CROOKS TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION! They took me to court when I called and tried to settle with them, their only option was pay in full or get sued. After losing the settlement I proceeded to try to get in touch with them to do exactly what I called in the first place to do before they sued, which was to set up a payment plan.
