I just completed what I had help from with this firm. The service and help were outstanding the entire time period it involved. If I had a question, I could send an email and it was sent back with a reply each time and not long after the email question had been sent. I recently dealt with a case in Northeast Ohio, and Ryan was a major key in that case having a speedy resolution. On top of being well-informed, Ryan is a quick and efficient communicator. I really appreciated how quickly he provided updates, steps I needed to take, and responses to any of the case-specific questions that I had.

I had to file for bankruptcy and as terrifying as it was, Ryan made the whole experience so smooth. He was very informative and made sure I understood every step of the process. He was incredibly helpful and very compassionate which was not my experience with two other attorneys I tried pursuing prior to finding him. He was very prompt and always on top of each step.
