Spoke with Nicky Mcneil about a neighbor dispute that has been on going for over a year. Even though there is not a legal next step that can be taken, the why and explanation (high level) of our laws made everything make sense. Nicky took time to discuss past cases, give suggestions on next steps for me to take and also listen to some light venting on my end. IF and or when things do escalate and I need a lawyer, I will be calling back. Thanks again for your time and compassion.
