'Manager' reported to doesn't know meaning of confidentiality and respect towards those that report to her. I was not given respect & the morale is low. The only way to grow and advance is to be a brown noser and a spy. They don't praise anyone at all - just take the credit themselves, manager that I had did 100%. We called her the Dragon Lady.
