Efficient, detailed. The consultation was the time to learn and clarify so many details, that had been missed in previous wills. The final is so clearly written. Wow. Process so efficient - email draft sent to us, final revision by email, went in an signed the final. Bingo. Recommend Erin and Jenna at McNamara Law most highly.
Very Disappointed. In a time of need, I can document 4 voice mails, 3 to Erin's personal voice mail & 1 to Jenna Kemp's. It took six, yes 6 days later for their office return my calls. Then they asked me to send them a email in describing the services we need. ( NOT ). Erin never had the Common Courtesy or Professionalism to return my calls ! We needed 1 Will Probated , 2 Brand New Will's, 1 Trust to close down and 2 more Will's updated. ZERO Customer Service , I guess they don't teach that at Law School. Sad, Bruce Fitz.
