Very disappointing handling of a sensitive matter – the rejection email read as if it had been lifted straight from the employer’s narrative, which to me felt highly selective and dismissive of the evidence I provided. It came across as victim-blaming rather than an independent legal assessment. After I stated that a senior lawyer had since taken on my case, I then received three missed calls on the same day. When I asked in writing what the calls were about, I received no response.
