Mr McMullen is very professional and down to earth. Fees are compatible.
We used this law firm to have our wills taken care of, Tyler was great to deal with and Amanda was incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful. I called later with a separate concern and Amanda was able to get me in to see Tyler right away. A great experience with this law firm!
My experience with Tyler McMurren was not positive from the get go. The lack of communication was significant. When I raised my concerns, he responded in an argumentative and dismissive manner. He could definitely use an ego check. I expected better professionalism.
Attempted to make use of this firm's services for some straightforward work on tight timelines. I have to say it was a generally unpleasant experience, with demands for upfront payment, terse and unhelpful interactions with staff, and then ultimately a cancellation without options that left me scrambling to find a backup plan before our deadline. Ultimately another firm did the same work at half the price with no drama. My advice would be to look elsewhere.
