I am so disappointed by the way the consultation i was suppose to have was handled. I don't know if their system was the cause of it or the person who was handling it. I had to send my IDs a couple of times and signed and still didn't get to the chance to consult and there was no communication what so ever as to why. I had waited more than a week for the so called consultation for it to just pass by as if it wasn't scheduled at all.
