This is my third yoga class with Jocela and I always leave feeling SOOOO much better than I arrived! The space is so relaxing and lovely and Jocela makes you feel comfortable. I've been dealing with a very sore neck and jaw from grinding my teeth and working on a computer all day. These classes are saving my life! Favorite things: the wall straps and sand bags! Perfect for new and experienced yogis. <3 Will be back weekly!
Such a pleasant experience. Brehan took a lot of time to talk to me about my health and the issues I was having, and to make a an uncomplicated plan to move my health in a positive direction. Would 100% recommend him.

Jocela leads a rejuvenating, refreshing, accessible yoga class with just the right amount of personalized attention! She is very welcoming and supportive. Though I had some back and knee concerns going in, I felt wonderful after this practice!
I haven’t been here in person (because I live in CT) but recently had an injury and ordered Evil Bone Water (incredible stuff) from Crawford Wellness and not only did it come a day early, they gifted me pain patches as well. I’m so grateful because I really needed the pain and inflammation relief!!! Thank you
