The attorney was demanding when I asked a question because I didn't understand what I was being told. Closing took much longer than anticipated because they didn't have all the documents together. I hope this particular attorney checks his bedside manner and is more sympathetic to new home owners who don't close on houses every day like he does.
The email response was quick, and the precloser and postclosers are friendly. However, the closing experience is awful. I have now done two closings with McMichael & Gray, one in Carrollton and one in Stockbridge, and I would not choose to do another closing here. The wait time is long and the closing took over 3 hours, mostly due to the fact that checks have to come from the Alpharetta office apparently.
