We did a cash purchase with this firm in early November 2021. We never received our deed. We called & called & one time spoke with a Jessica that supposedly handled this. A month ago, she said it was mailed that week. I don’t believe this to be true. Now she won’t return our calls or answer our messages. We ourselves paid all closing cost to this firm. My closing went well, but when they mailed my documentation, they mailed someone else's deed with a coverletter that had my address on it. I called them about this and I never got a much as a return call. I wound up mailing this person's deed to them separately. Everyone makes mistakes, but to not even return a phone call is unprofessional.
Just wanted a cleaning position! Very nice reception lady.
Quick Smooth closing. Would not hesitate to refer clients to them again.
We closed on our home early November. It’s now mid February & we can’t get our deed from this closing attorney. The county told us it was filed & returned to the attorney office months ago. Numerous phone calls not returned, no response. Very disappointed. Contacting BBB to see what else can be done. Don’t understand why this is a problem.
