These aren’t “chilaquiles”, more like nachos. They didn’t include all the ingredients listed, but included other ones that weren’t listed, like asparagus, weird, they should not attempt more Mexican dishes
It was so much fun to explore this place 💛 You must get the passport($35) from the reception(front desk at hotel) and get all the stamps to win a prize! With the passport, you can go to all other McMenamins in Oregon and Washington to explore, get stamps, and win prizes!
I just had to try the McMenamins in each Oregon city. This one has different menu, though most of them are the same to other places. They got happy hour from 3-6 which is a great call for post work dinner. Food was standard and service was okay. Cajun tots are amazing as always.
Cozy atmosphere, wonderful dinner, drinks, and desserts.
