I contacted this firm regarding a real estate matter. Was connected to Jennifer Hartley and I explained the service that I wanted performed. Was told they would contact me back in a few days to discuss when they could get to my request, cost ,etc. . Finally after receiving no follow up, I called back to inform them that I no longer required their services. Apparently servicing my request was not that important to them. We did an out of state closing and they made the process completely painless. Really thorough and very quick. They even scheduled the notary to meet us at the local coffee shop in order to sign our end of the closing. I would highly recommend using them.
