Purchased a vacuum on sale at a major electrical retailer that was supposed to be available for local pick up. It wasn't. I was messed around for a few weeks before demanding a refund. I then ordered a vacuum on the Betta website and arranged local pickup in Atherton. It was available to collect within the hour! I'll be coming straight here next time an appliance needs replacing.

I had to buy a fridge and on a budget price wise Well I was very happy with the service from all in the store Only had to wait two days before it was delivered and my old fridge taken away for $25 Over all the guy who served me was a nice guy friendly and helpful Thanks guys
I am a really hard task-master in MY trade! OK? But... wow.... I TOTALLY loved EVERYTHING about Jason, the Tradie, & his apprentice, Joseph! (?spelling) Two FANTASTIC men! Two fantastic Electricians & A/C EXPERTS. Wow & OMG... were they good!!! They were Super FANTASTIC at THEIR job & I am a very happy customer & will pay my bill immediately! They were HONEST (HARD to find!), reliable, respectful, fun & AMAZING!!! Whilst... also 'doing their job!". WOW. Well worth EVERY cent. GO LOCAL!!!!
