Been using them for years for home and business. Very knowledgeable.
Pam is wonderful. She works hard to make sure your taxes are right and gets your best refund.
I never should have used their services. I gave Pam my papers for the return, she kept it over 5 weeks, I called several times, never answered, never completed, had to go back to retrieve documents. HORRIBLE experience, word of advice, don’t bring your taxes there!!!
Pam illegally gave out my kids social to non immediate family members , one which is her best friend (2 people). Than said she was given permission by the father (which wasn’t true) , after I said I was recording her she said she didn’t they must of found a way to get it.
