Add us to a list of dissatisfied clients. We closed on a Monday, and after we were told funds were available, we picked up the check and later found it was not endorsed so we went back. After a bit of a wait, we were told that it wasn't signed as our closing was in a neighboring state, and a lawyer licensed in that state would have to sign it. Closing on a Friday as the seller of property at 9:30am, buyer due in at 10am to sign. (Not my choice for attorney) Unfortunately this attorney group FAILED to secure the funds via a wire pre closing and the buyer did not wire funds until the next Tuesday late afternoon. The attorney firm also chose not to disclose that the funds were not received prior to closing but to tell me I would have proceeds wired within a couple of hours that Friday. We were purchasing a vacation home in another state and, due to work, my wife was not going to be able to attend the closing. MCM was very responsive and extremely helpful in giving us the ability to keep the closing on track despite this issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a home.
