On Nov. 6 I called to speak to the Office Manager about an incident where they canceled my family members appointment due to her being a 10-15 mins. We live an hour away so traffic hit us. We never miss appointments! She is fighting cancer so we are always at appointments at McLeod facilities in Florence. They also print every appointment scheduled for her after every visit.
