Hi. I gave you a low rating because I saw one of your eviction notices in which it names the business owners as well as their private contact information, including their address. It didn't sit well with me because after you've evicted a tenant from their business, you shouldn't be posting the business owners private information. Have worked with McLeod Law in the past so I went to them right way for a simple request regarding title insurance. Left voicemails with two lawyers (at two different times) that, according to the receptionist, could do the work. Neither responded. Unprofessional and insulting. No problem if you are too busy or feel there are not enough billable hours involved for you to bother, but at least give a past client enough respect to return their phone calls and let them move on. I would love to be able to give a review but truth is I called multiple times to see if there was anyone available as I need help with a civil matter and never heard back. Every time I spoke to the receptionist she told me there’s nothing else she can do so finally she transferred me to one of the assistance voicemail and never heard back either. My first review seems to have been deleted so I thought there to resubmit it again. I guess they have enough work they don’t need new clients.
