They completely ignore consultation requests after sending read receipts; that's very rude and unprofessional.
They completely ignore you if you're not wealthy. Another example of rich arrogance and classism. Disgusting beyond words.
I called, explained, and was told I'd get a call back Tuesday or Wednesday, after the holiday weekend. I got the impression I wasn't welcome as a unit owner, despite their own website stating they serve unit owners under condominium property law. Instead of their selected waste your time approach, well they could have referred to another firm.
Based on my interactions with Jennifer Biernaske at this law firm, I would not recommend their services to anyone. In my experience, there was a lack of professionalism and a concerning disregard for verifying information thoroughly.
