Both clerks are rude and obviously don’t want to work. Lisa is the worst! Unprofessional and very inappropriate. Seeing these other complaints I can hardly believe she is still employed in the position. She had to call for copy of photo ID because she failed to obtain this on my second trip into this office and in her response email there is no signature or confidentiality disclosure. Window 2 Lisa has been rude to me as well as my son on 2 different occasions.
One specific lady here, window 2 the day I was there, hates her job and is not helpful in any way. She sent me away with extra forms that she wanted me to have the SELLERS sign and come back with IDs and all other mess. Went straight to the Waco tax office with same documents and got my issues resolved in less than 5 minutes. With no extra documents or signatures. LONG STORY SHORT, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO TO WACO!
If the women that work here hate their jobs as much as they act like they do, maybe they should consider new jobs. It’s not like they arent closed at lunch every day and closed every single holiday that ever exists. Lazy lazy lazy.
