Easy access
Both clerks are rude and obviously don’t want to work. Lisa is the worst! Unprofessional and very inappropriate. Seeing these other complaints I can hardly believe she is still employed in the position. She had to call for copy of photo ID because she failed to obtain this on my second trip into this office and in her response email there is no signature or confidentiality disclosure.
