Called to speak to Jim Petticrew as he was handling my case. when calling to ask to speak to Jim was spoken too rudely by his secretarys and then when I had advised that I had a recorded phone call regarding to the way I was spoken to by his staff which I was going to present to Jim on my next appointment I was emailed saying that the firm would no longer be taking my case. Definatly one of the worse law firms about. The firm needs to audit there secretarys and see for themselves the way they are speaking and treating client... read more
