My experience with McLenehan and Associates Chartered over the two years I filed my taxes with them was less than satisfactory. The accountant assigned to me failed to complete the appropriate forms and omitted crucial information that should have been included with my 2023/2024 tax submission. Do not recommend unless you want an excessive bill. Was charged over 114% of expected cost for personal tax returns, ( no rental or business income). Lindsay, advised of cost of general personal return 3x verbally and 2x by email and did not provide a detailed fee schedule when asked why the excessive charge. My option to go forward w complaint w CPA and Better Business Bureau. Check w both before you consider engaging with this business.
