Owner and owners son was very rude when there was an issue with the furniture I bought. They finally rectified the situations after leaving a bad review. They even payed me to take the bad review down which I did but went back and bought more and nothing but issues with the quality as well as the accusation thrown my way saying I was just looking for another pay off. Keep your money Rick and Cam this review ain’t coming down.
I have a couple of family members who have purchased from McLeary's in the past and I realize you get what you pay for. This being said we wanted a higher quality sofa as we replace the budget friendly ones we buy every couple years. I was shocked when I realized how often they transform the show room and the pieces that once were on the floor sell at amazing discounts. Great Canadian Quality furniture with amazing family and staff
Mcleary's Furniture Exceeds All Expectations! Not a great experience. While visiting the store, I overheard the owner speaking very disrespectfully about a customer, assuming no one else was around. It left a bad impression. One of the staff, Russ, even shared some honest opinions about the way things are run, mentioning that while the owner’s son might be a bit more approachable, he’s unfortunately following the same path. Pricing was also quite high compared to what I found directly from the manufacturers—so I ended up placing my order elsewhere.
