My Dad knew Mel and was always able to get in same day for an appointment, then I bought aids from Mel and so did my Father In Law, after Mel sold the practice to some guy named Chris we can only get in on certain days and its always a wait to get an appointment. I call over to clinic in Potsdam and they have clinicians who can see you immediately because they are 5 days per week instead of the limited schedule. Very frustrating. Mclear's has always been good but I guess. that is a thing of the past.
FANTASTIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had "over the counter" aids for years. NOW I can really HEAR!!!! Fantastic service!!!!!!!!!!!! .....If I could I would give them 20 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Been with them for years and been very satisfied with service and prices
This past November I was in an ATV accident during which I lost both of my hearing aids. For my left ear I had a spare. However, for the right ear I had nothing. I turned to Chris at McClear's Hearing Aid's for help. He responded by helping me find a used exact replacement at a modest cost. Then, he set it all up at no charge at all. This is not 1st time he has gone "above and beyond" to help restore my hearing. I will remain a customer and recommend others to trust his services for their hearing needs.
