Even before I found Sarah McLean I had been meditating for 35 years. However, I wanted to know more. After much research I chose McLean Meditation Institute; primarily to strengthen my own practise and yet I secretly hoped that I would feel comfortable enough to teach. The program is extremely well organized, instructive and supportive. Love going to Sarah's meditation every Sunday at 2 pm. She is an AMAZING teacher who really cares about her students. So grateful that this center exists in Sedona.
