Matt and team were great to work with. Nothing was too hard for them to do and ongoing communication was helpful. Matt was great figuring out the best way to re-finance an existing mortgage to do some home Reno’s/extension. I had previously contacted my existing bank to enquire and they made it all sound too hard, whereas Matt knew how we’d like to finance and went with it! We were recommended by existing friends of ours as well. He also had great timely responses to all of our questions. Thank you team.
