This nursing home needs to come under the attention of the department of health and aged care. It is so unfathomably understaffed that the level of care they give their residents is a cruel violation of human rights. McLean have just put their costs up by $100,000 a year for a resident. This is purely to benefit the profit hungry owners, not to increase the quality of life or the quality of the facility for the poor innocent victims within the confines of their walls.
