Horrid. Would not recommend to anyone. They couldn’t even show up for an estimate. They scheduled a virtual visit which the person did not show up for. Gave them another chance with an at home visit. They called me 2 hours before they were supposed to meet me at my home and said it was too difficult for them to drive 2 hours to meet me (they aren’t 2 hours from me..) Stopped using them then.
Mayflower was awesome, they were professional and friendly. We moved from Massachusetts to New Hampshire. Starting with Eric Glew who did our home review to Lori Bellavance who coordinated our move. Lori was attentive and always there for us when we had questions. The moving crew were nice guys who did a great job, both loading and unloading. Everything went smoothly, with no problems at all.
I am giving McLaughlin Transport a 5-star review based solely on the customer service. There were a few hiccups in my move (small amount of property damage). Everyone from the moving crew, truck driver, and office staff were very kind, accommodating and efficient in resolving the issue. As far as the actual move went, zero complaints. Our belongings were packaged properly in an organized fashion and showed up in the same condition that they left.
