Scheduled an appointment online a day prior for a routine physical and drug screen. I arrived a little early to fill out paperwork. Waited only a short while before being called back into a room. I was in and out in under 40minutes. Yes, I timed it. Sylvia and Jamie were awesome! Both ladies were friendly and worked fast without making me feel rushed.
My husband went there and requested an ETG test as he was told to do. But they gave him a PBT test. He didn't know the difference. I saw his paperwork when he got home and realized that they had given him a breathalyzer instead of a urine test so I called up there and the lady didn't know what she was talking about and was trying to tell me that a breathalyzer is a ETG which it is not. So he had to go back up there and had to pay full price to get the ETG test done on top of just paying for the PBT test and now it has been o... read more
2 hrs waiting time despite scheduled appointment.
Picked this place cause I live right around the corner. New employer wanted a drug test. Waited for over 2 and a half hours. Signs posted everywhere people may be seen that come after you depending on services. I was there while they closed the building down. The receptionist left. All the patients called but me. Everyone commenting how they’re shocked they did their whole visit and got to leave with me still sitting there.
