I have never felt so ripped off as I did with this business... it is the most disgusting service I have ever seen. i wish i can write a lot of "badwords".

We delivered an old reclining chair to Mr McLamb 4/26/23 and received a very poorly reupholstered chair 7/26/23 or 13 weeks. The reupholstered chair back is attached 6" higher and leaving a 6" gap between the seat and back. In addition to a totally unacceptable appearance, there is no longer any lower back support. Secondly there is now a skirt around the base whose only purpose is to hide the poor stapling and open seams. Finally, the footrest no longer returns to its proper position. A total waste of our time and $800.00.
