Awful. They used to be good. I have taken classes from them since 1990. Not anymore. Worst customer service experience ever. Go ANYWHERE else but don't use McKissock learning for anything. Do not waste your money here. This company has purchased much of their competition and now they apparently believe customer service no longer matters. You have options. I have used McKissock for several years. They are easy to work with. The courses are great and you can learn a lot. It is laid out with the student in mind. I will continue using them and think you should use them to you will not be sorry.
