This company fraudulently billed my credit card for over $1036.00 in unapproved charges. I agreed to 8.5 CE credits and paid the $91 via my CC. They then charged me an additional 7 times for $150.86 (billed 2-3 times per day until I cancelled my credit card). I contacted them and they advised it was their mistake and would refund the money. The refunds initially appeared on my CC but then were reversed on their end causing me to have to dispute the charges with my CC company. The reason why I'm giving this place 1 start review is because they signed up students for the appraisal courses but never tell the students that most likely they will never find a certified appraiser to train them because the law changed in Florida , back in the day certified appraisers were able to train multiple trainees at once but now, they can train only one person so that makes it almost impossible to find a job after paying $2000 for this program and when you call the school for assistance they have no clue how to he... read more
I just took the 7-hour National USPAP Continuing Education Course from McKissock / Colibri Group. They charged me for the course and tacked on the 'Appraisal Unlimited Learning Membership Premium' twice—a $450 membership I explicitly did not want. So I was charged $1,179.49 just to take a the 7-hour USPAP class. UPDATE: NOW IT'S GRAND THEFT. They just hit my account a THIRD time for another $450. Awful. They used to be good. I have taken classes from them since 1990. Not anymore. Worst customer service experience ever. Go ANYWHERE else but don't use McKissock learning for anything. Do not waste your money here. This company has purchased much of their competition and now they apparently believe customer service no longer matters. You have options.
