I will keep this as short as I can. Yvonne lied to my husband and I about us meeting the income requirements when we did. The minimum was $27,150 at the time, and while we did struggle to meet it originally, we did surpass it by $1000 at this time. We fact checked the income requirements on the USCIS website, as well as calling them, and speaking to multiple lawyers.
