Vanessa was the second law firm that I interviewed. I was prepared with a ton of questions and concerns about my divorce. She blew me away with her knowledge of the process and really comforted me along the way. One thing that was important to me is that the other party be treated fairly. Vanessa was kind and fair but always was concerned about her client, me. I give Vanessa 5 stars out of 5. Mike

I cannot day enough positive things about Vanessa and her law firm! During my divorce I started out with a mediator, which was a nightmare, then a lawyer that charged a lot for very little, and then I found McKinnon Law firm. I was a bit skeptical after my past experiences but she fought for me, got me the absolutely best case scenario results and settlement, and was so very understanding and compassionate. McKinnon Law Firm took over my divorce half way through the process, which was basically at a stand still and facing mandatory mediation due to the the first lawyer's inability to help facilitate necessary communication in order to come to an agreement -- even though both parties were extremely close on all fronts. This would have resulted in countless more wasted hours, and money spent in legal fees had it continued to go that direction.
