We had a fantastic experience buying a couch with Jimmy H.! The manager was very accommodating and the process was simple and straightforward.
We had Alana as a salesperson. She was fantastic to deal with, extremely patient, worked with us on obtaining a great deal, and I felt went beyond what her typical duties probably are. Our delivery was okay overall, our couch came two days after buying and arrived undamaged and was placed where we wanted it. I knocked a star off for two reasons. One, the delivery people bent the living daylights out of my garage door sensor bringing the couch inside. They did not acknowledge that they did it, nor offer any resolution. Second... read more
This review is based on facts and I am expecting a rebuttal with excuses. Charlene and Billie were great to do business with, but from there, it went south with deception! 1. The 10 day time to receive our couch turned into an additional 3 weeks 2. The lady (No name purposely) lied to my wife that she looked at the inventory wrong--couch was ready for delivery 3.
