Poor communication and unprofessionalism when it came to delivering the product that contractually was supposed to be delivered in 7-14 business days. We waited over a month for our photos- when we tried to get communication half of the time he wouldn’t even reply, other half it was excuses. For the price we paid, this was NOT what we expected!
