First day at the daycare my child was left without a daiper change the whole day. withdrew him immediately and now the daycare wants me to pay for the entire week even went as far as sending it to collection even though the child attended for only less than a day. Very very horrible experience. No one wants to take responsibility or get this issue sorted out. Horribly slow and careless.

I have 2 children attending and the open communication and caring staff from leadership to teachers has been wonderful. My children are learning new things everyday and engaged with fun activities.

My husband and I visited several daycare facilities before deciding and choosing McKinney KinderCare. We were looking for a daycare provider for our 18-month-old son. It was a very hard decision.Like other parents, we felt a lot of fear and worry about leaving our little one with a stranger for a full day. Our son has been attending this daycare for 2.5 yrs now, and our experience has been very positive overall. The classrooms are divided by age, with an age-appropriate curriculum that supports each child’s development. While the Center director and Assistant director have changed a few times, each brought their own style and vision, and we've appreciated the open-door policy that ensures any concerns are promptly addressed.
