They did not do a thorough job with my taxes. They did not ask me if I had any deductions or anything beyond just the basic income. I was not happy.
Tim and staff represented me in an IRS tax audit and with his cool demeanor, knowledge of the tax code and expert advice my audit concluded with no change to my tax return. I have referred several people to him as well and in each case he was able to perform at a high level for them at a reasonable price.
This started out as a positive experience. I worked with a very nice lady Sue, who took my panicked call and helped me sort through a very bad tax situation I was in. I basically had to pay a ton of fees and penalties for a business that was never started. So this was already a huge financial burden.
