Pésimos y groseros te cobran hasta cada vez que bajas la palanca de w.c, y ahora un deposito antes de 100$ y ahora es de 200$ y antes la reconexion era de 50$ y ahora de 75$ de reconexion, si por situacioneconómica no puedes pagar el mismo dia, te cortan el agua sin importarle nada ninguna situacion son personas inhumana, y poca empatica ante las situaciones y por mas que le dije que solo podíamos pagar la factura vencida de un dia, ella ahora quiere que le paguemos 194$ mas los 75$ de reconexion, pero ahora sus políticas es... read more

Worst city in Texas … utilitys are through the roof , property Texas are the highest, insurance company’s don’t want insure properties in McKinney area , water department wants to cut your water just so they can demand a $100 deposit or 3x ur water bill . Collin county is the only county that still requires vehicle smog test when all other counties have move forward (advanced) in time . This city and county is in need of money which they will bleed you dry if u live here . Any other city or county is much easier to work with... read more

This place sucks.. no customer service. Rude people.. I contacted them last month for a payment extension for a extra 3 days due to my new job payment schedule.. I paid it on the extension date with no problem. Due to my new pay date I can only pay after the due date. Was told I can only get one extension a year. That’s crazy!! I never heard of that before.. You would think as long as you paid the last bill with no problems it shouldn’t be a problem again. So if you asked for an extension one time a year you can’t get anothe... read more

Deserves negative 5 stars. Horrible...horrible....horrible. People can barely buy groceries/gas and McKinney has the audacity to charge this kind of money for water! Aside from other utilities and property taxes. The city does not care that people are barely making it, especially in the summer months with higher than normal electric bills. McKinney should be ashamed and how they punish you for paying late is also DIABOLICAL! They seriously do not care about people...
