Hard to get in touch with and when you finally do rudeness is what you recieve. The surcharges are asinine . I'm one person and my bill is consistently over $100. Actual water usage is maybe $40 The customer service , when I've had to call is atrocious! If I spoke to people the way I was spoke to, I'd not have a job . There should be more than one choice for water service .. hopefully that will happen sooner than later !

To Whom It May Concern, In my opinion, this is one of the worst water services and most unreasonable systems I have experienced anywhere in America, and even compared with other places around the world. Your rules are extremely inconvenient. Because of one signature issue, the water service is being delayed for up to 72 hours. Paid bill, water was on and working and around 9am they still came and shut water off, and added a disconnection fee. Was told I have to pay more money to get it back on, which I did. I asked for an eta for re-connection and was told they would be by some time today. Talked to 3 different people asking for help which all 3 just replied with pay the bill. Only city I have ever experienced this in.

This is the only water company in my area, and they cut off water without even informing customers. The customer service lady is extremely rude, and the bill was paid before they shut the water off, yet they still proceeded to turn it off. They don’t even notify customers about the water cut-off. Now I have no notice of when I will have the water turned on.
