One of your trucks was parked at my home after hours Hella rude taken up my parking space in the front of my home around 6:27 pm why is one of your company cars parked in front my house in FATE TEXAS after hours hella rude!!! I will be reporting this in to CITY manager in taken it to City Council!
I really feel like Mckinney need to do something about this. This is the only water company where I live and they cut people water off without even letting people know that lady is very rude and they close too early to even put the water back on. They don’t even let you know they’re cutting your water off. Mckinney really needs to do better. This why me and my family is moving from McKinney
Not only is the water poor quality, the overbilling is constant - despite several protests, there has been no visit to my property - just defensive arguments
