Deserves negative 5 stars. Horrible...horrible....horrible. People can barely buy groceries/gas and McKinney has the audacity to charge this kind of money for water! Aside from other utilities and property taxes. The city does not care that people are barely making it, especially in the summer months with higher than normal electric bills. McKinney should be ashamed and how they punish you for paying late is also DIABOLICAL! They seriously do not care about people...

Header says Courtesy notice: ( does not sound as a courtesy message at all this is a threatening text message) My payment was late by about 4 days and the damn text message read as follows. Pay today to avoid 10% late fee. Otherwise yo still have 2 more weeks before a DISCONNECTION could occur. What they were going to disconnect since I forget to pay a freaking $70.00 bill. Disappointing, not just the water but the entirety of this city. Poor quality in water & service but quick to charge you. Do yourself the favor and research the city better before moving here unlike what I did.

Not sure how my water has gone up over $50 more each month since last year? I have changed how Ive used my water and now Im being charged way more. Not really sure whats going on….
