Terrible experience with McKinney Water. Two months ago they shut off our water because the payment was one day late, even though we have an elderly mother and two infants at home. They forced us to pay over $275 in extra fees to reconnect. I asked them to set up automatic payments and gave them all my updated bank info. But yesterday the same thing happened again—they shut off our water and charged another $275 because their employee never entered my new bank information into the system. Pésimos y groseros te cobran hasta cada vez que bajas la palanca de w.c, y ahora un deposito antes de 100$ y ahora es de 200$ y antes la reconexion era de 50$ y ahora de 75$ de reconexion, si por situacioneconómica no puedes pagar el mismo dia, te cortan el agua sin importarle nada ninguna situacion son personas inhumana, y poca empatica ante las situaciones y por mas que le dije que solo podíamos pagar la factura vencida de un dia, ella ahora quiere que le paguemos 194$ mas los 75$ de reconexion, pero ahora sus políticas es... read more
Worst city in Texas … utilitys are through the roof , property Texas are the highest, insurance company’s don’t want insure properties in McKinney area , water department wants to cut your water just so they can demand a $100 deposit or 3x ur water bill . Collin county is the only county that still requires vehicle smog test when all other counties have move forward (advanced) in time . This city and county is in need of money which they will bleed you dry if u live here . Any other city or county is much easier to work with... read more
