Terrible services here.
Terrible experience with McKinney Water. Two months ago they shut off our water because the payment was one day late, even though we have an elderly mother and two infants at home. They forced us to pay over $275 in extra fees to reconnect. I asked them to set up automatic payments and gave them all my updated bank info. But yesterday the same thing happened again—they shut off our water and charged another $275 because their employee never entered my new bank information into the system.
