They prepared my 2021 tax return and made an error by not recommending that I file a California tax return. When I reached out to them to help correct the mistake they stated it wasn't error on their part while the conditions for filing a CA return were very clear. Mistakes happen and they didn't know the CA tax code as well as they should have.
