Aids at night and weekends do not want to do their job
The staff here is wonderful and compassionate. Administration was most helpful with all aspects of my mother-in-law's care. They kept in regular contact with my family about all manner of things, be they general notifications about the facilty or specific items related to my mother-in-law's care. They went above and beyond in her care and we could not have asked for a better experience in an extremely difficult time.
Customer service is great. All staff provide treatment with dignity and respect
