I am so over them locking my card. I have a big weekend and need access to my account. I don’t know why every time I spend a little extra than usual this happens. Really considering closing my account with them. I do not recommend

I'm only giving 4 stars because I usually have good experiences when speaking with the customer service line but lets talk about this call with brandon yesterday. So, 1st off I filled out a form Thursday on the website stating the problem (needed my username so i could reset my password) requested to get a call Friday to get my username.
