I wouldn't go anywhere else for my taxes. MKP takes the stress out of tax season and does a great job thinking ahead with tax planning throughout the year. The whole team is warm, responsive, and genuinely good at what they do.

I called to ask a basic question. The lady was rude and couldn't answer a basic question because I'm not a client. And I definitely won't be a client of theirs. Customer service goes a long way and get you new business. I wouldn't let people like that answer the phone at my business. WOW

I highly recommend this firm! As a 1099 worker, I had no idea how to do my own taxes. Felecia helped us through that first nerve wracking year and made us feel comfortable and at ease and we've been loyal clients since. Every time I call or email, I get a timely response and the staff is so friendly! I can hear the smile in Ashley's voice every time I call! Keep up the great work - if I could give more than 5 stars - I would!
